The South Broadway Cultural Center is one of Albuquerque’s more modern theaters.  Built in the mid 90s, the facility serves as a cornerstone of culture, education, and entertainment in the City of Albuquerque.  SBCC contains an art gallery, a library, multi-purpose meeting rooms and the John Lewis theater.  The Theater seats roughly 300 and serves as a venue for local and national dance companies, lectures, plays, concerts and even the preliminary rounds of the Miss New Mexico pageant.
